From The NY Times: Astronomers estimating from microlensing events have calculated that there are six times more planets free-floating in space "than orbiting their own suns," and that "there are about 20 times more free-floating worlds in our Milky Way than stars, with Earth-mass planets 180 times more common than rogue Jupiters"—which is because "planets can be kicked out of their star systems only by larger objects." ~~~

Working on getting used to staying in bed for 8 hours—so out of practice it's hard to lay still that long. Sheesh. So haven't managed any drawing in the latter half of this week but I did tidy up a few things around the site, including consolidating my social media down to, well, Tumblr, because that's the one I like. : ) I post all kinds of silly art and game and comic and space stuff there.
